“I don’t believe I have ever seen a group of administrators so intent on making my life happier and more comfortable because of the efforts put forth. Always a very prompt response to any maintenance issues and each person is very knowledgeable and very kind and supportive. “We really honestly like living here! I think people are having a hard time understanding that this is an apartment complex so there are going to be hiccups, but I appreciate the way the office handles things. I think with the layout of the place it’s a bit easier to hear about more issues due to this not being a regular apartment complex, but it’s the same stuff that goes on at other complexes. The location is amazing, we bike to downtown canton and the parks behind us all the time. The mill on Etowah is not even half a mile away. The neighbors are all pretty respectful and friendly. Overall, we do like our place here and find it great for a young couple :)”

“The good people here all go the extra mile. Things go very well 99% of the time but when stuff happens, the staff and managers do great work to get things right!”

“This place is awesome. We have had some issues with water outage but management has done everything from giving supplies, drinking water, flushing water, and food to help everyone as well as giving a 300 dollar credit to each family. It’s been like camping in my apt but very doable with managements help. Each apt is unique. It’s a very old historical building with great character. I love this place and the management team. Not leaving!!!!!”

“I have been living here for about 4 years now and have had little to no issues with anything at all. If a work order or maintenance request is put in it is fix or updated within the next 24 hours.(shout out Calixto) We are currently going through a water outage due to unfortunate problems during routine pipe maintenance. Although it is unfortunate, all employees have been working around the clock and going above and beyond to make the best of this situation. It’s sad to see people posting mean things about them for something that they can’t fully control. This building, while it is beautiful, is over 100 years old meaning so are the pipes. “I moved here a few months ago and have had an excellent experience. When my ac went out, maintenance was here in an hour. We are currently experiencing things beyond many people’s control and I just wanted to say how helpful the staff has been during a water outage. Water pipes were being fixed and they apparently came into some issues. I feel as if we were properly communicated with through said issues. Although yes it SUCKS to be without water for days. The staff here are around the clock offering water and food and many other things along with communication whenever they receive it which is outside their normal hours. “I have been living here for a couple of weeks now and am thoroughly impressed with the attentiveness of the staff and the cleanliness and upkeep. They have an app which you can communicate with the staff 24/7 and any maintenance requests are answered within a couple of hours. Everyone here is friendly and the area is super chill and surrounded with groceries, restaurants and more. The price is worth the area, amenities, staff, and quality of the apartment. I hope to stay here for as long as possible.”
