Are mailbox numbers different from apartment numbers?
Yes, the mailbox numbers are different from apt numbers.
Where is the Compactor located?
The compactor is located by the building A exit gate.
Are there specific hours for Move-In and Move-Out?
Move-in time: 11am to 4pm, move out times 9am to 7pm
Where are the grills and what type are they?
Grill is gas, is available to all residents, located in the courtyard outside the pool area
What are the Cable TV/Wi-Fi provider speed and phone number?
Xfinity is the Cable, internet provider. 1GB speed. Internet service is included in the community bundle
Who are the water and/or electricity provider and how can I contact them for service setup?
Water with the City of Canton. Electricity: GA Power 1 (888) 660-5890
What are the top community amenities?
No selling features.
Can I take a Self Guided Tour even when the Office is closed?
Yes, you can take a Self Guided Tour of your favorite apartment daily from 6:00am – 8:00pm, even on Holidays!
What parking options are available at this community?
Canton Mill Lofts offers free surface parking for residents.
I shop online quite often! How do I get my packages at this community?
Don’t worry – we have Touch-Free SMARTPACKAGE Lockers that will store your packages until you are ready to pick them up, any time, 24/7.
When is trash pickup?
Garbage is collected on Sunday through Thursday from 7pm to 8pm.
Where is the dog park?
The dog park is located in the left side of the property, by the parking lot, behind building E
Where can my guests park when visiting the community?
The designated visitors parking space are located by Bldg A outside the gate. We will respond with, yes your visitors are welcome to park in the visitors designated area, located outside the gates by building A.
What are your community’s pool hours?
The pool hours are from 10Am to 9PM.
Do residents need a pool pass to use the pool?
Yes, the residents will need to wear a wristband pass that is given at move-in as part of their move-in package. Any person requesting a pool pass must visit the leasing office, we will verify that the person is a current resident and verify the ID, then we will provide the wrist band pass. The wrist bands are only for residents.
Yes, a fob is required for entry. We will provide a fob as part of the move in package

Does your community offer clubhouse rentals?
Currently we do not offer clubhouse rental.
What are your fitness center hours?
The Fitness Center hours are 7 days, 24 hours. The residents will have access either with the fob or by entering the community code.
Are there any amenities that require reservations?
No amenities require reservations.
What are the Pest Control Service Days?
Pest Control Service Days are Wednesdays.
Are pool parties/gatherings allowed?
Pool parties are not allowed/ small gathering within resident are allowed with prior notification.
